Ingredients
We usually store our granola in tall sealed plastic tubs. You can also freeze it in sealed tubs with plenty of space.

NO-SUGAR HEALTHY GRANOLA
Ingredients
- 6 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 2/3 cup Clear Honey
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2/3 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 cup Raisins/Sultanas
Method
- Mix together the oats, salt, and spices in a large mixing bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 300°F, 150°C, or Gas Mark 2.
- Mix the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl, and carefully add this mixture to the dry ingredients.
- Stir in the pumpkin seeds, and put in a large shallow baking tray.
- Bake for 40 minutes to an hour, stirring every ten minutes to break up chunks.
- When the granola
looks golden-brown all over, remove from the oven and pour into a large plastic storage box with their off to cool.
- Once cooled, stir in the raisins/sultanas.
- Enjoy!!!
